Customer service team assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks

 

  • Active support of the technical team in all administrative and organizational matters
  • Telephone service, appointment coordination and task tracking
  • First point of contact for our business customers in the event of faults and complaints
  • Processing and forwarding of complaint requests and incident reports to colleagues in the support team and joint solution finding for the customer
  • Agreement of service and maintenance appointments, control, tracking and documentation
  • Pre- and post-project acceptance, scheduling, follow-up and documentation
     

Your profile

 

  • You have completed commercial or technical training
  • ideally you have already gained experience in technical customer service
  • You enjoy solving new challenges and problems every day
  • Your positive charisma and your open and friendly manner help you to keep calm in stressful situations
  • With flexibility and a good structure, you can keep an eye on several tasks at the same time
  • You are reliable and value the responsible implementation of your tasks
  • You are confident in using the relevant MS Office programs
  • Very good knowledge of German and English is required
